Forecast:Today (October 27), this cold air mass continues to affect other places in the North and some places in the North Central region; the northeast wind in the mainland of the Northeastern provinces is level 2-3. In the Northern provinces, it is cold at night and early morning with the lowest temperature commonly 20-23 degrees, in the Northern mountainous areas, some places have the lowest temperature of 18-20 degrees.
