Mr. Son: Thorough preparation for the 2015 exams.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of June 4th, the People's Committee of Anh Son district held a meeting of the Steering Committee for the 2015-2016 high school entrance exam/selection process and the 2015 national high school graduation exam.

According to a report from the Anh Son District Department of Education and Training, 1,189 students registered for the 10th grade entrance exam. Of these, 623 registered for Anh Son 1 High School, with the exam taking place on June 9th and 10th, 2015. There were 339 applications for Anh Son 2 High School and 227 applications for Anh Son 3 High School.

Regarding the 2015 National High School Graduation Examination, it will take place over four days (from July 1st to July 4th). This is the first year the Ministry of Education and Training is organizing the exam according to the new regulations, in the form of a single national exam to certify high school graduation and for admission to universities and colleges. Accordingly, this year Anh Son district has 925 students taking both the high school graduation and university entrance exams, and 504 students taking only the high school graduation exam.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Comrade Dang Xuan Quang, Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee, requested that attention be focused on thorough preparation in all aspects to ensure that the 2015 examinations are conducted safely and in accordance with regulations. In particular, special attention must be paid to ensuring that students have the necessary conditions to participate fully and in accordance with the regulations.
