After conducting an assessment, Comrade Le Hong Vinh decided to provide financial assistance for the construction of a new house for Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hoan, so that she can live comfortably in her old age. Preparations for the house construction will be carried out urgently in the near future. These are noble and timely acts of kindness that help and encourage particularly disadvantaged families, giving them more confidence to strive for a better life.
Previously, with the desire to contribute to encouraging, sharing, and showing gratitude to revolutionary families currently facing particularly difficult circumstances in the district, Comrade Le Hong Vinh, Secretary of the Anh Son District Party Committee, mobilized the establishment of a support fund and appealed to philanthropists and businesses to donate money with compassionate hearts to help build houses and provide material and spiritual support to veterans, former Youth Volunteers, and those who have contributed to the revolution with particularly difficult circumstances, giving them more motivation to overcome challenges in life. To date, Comrade Le Hong Vinh, Secretary of the District Party Committee, has provided 45 million VND to support the family of Mr. Tran Van Vinh (village 3), Binh Son commune, in building a new house. Mr. Vinh is a veteran of the war against the US, having fought on the Southern front. He has five children affected by Agent Orange, suffering from illnesses, living in dilapidated temporary housing, and facing difficult circumstances.
