Mr. Son conducted training on protecting state secrets for officials and civil servants.

(Baonghean.vn) -On the afternoon of April 10th, the People's Committee of Anh Son district, in coordination with the PA83 Department of the Provincial Police, organized a training course on protecting state secrets for officials and civil servants.

The training was attended by 154 participants, including: the Standing Committee of the District People's Council, the Chairman and Vice-Chairmen of the District People's Committee, the District Steering Committee for State Secrets Protection, the District Party Committee's Organization Department and Inspection Committee, the District Party Committee Office; the District People's Council & People's Committee Office, district-level departments, agencies, and mass organizations, and agencies and businesses located in the district.

The training course clarified the content, knowledge, and legal framework of regulations at all levels and sectors regarding the protection of state secrets, especially Ordinance No. 30/2000/PL-UBTVQH10 dated December 28, 2000, of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on the Protection of State Secrets; Directive No. 05/CT-TTg dated February 21, 2012, of the Prime Minister on improving the quality and effectiveness of state secret protection work in the new situation; Decision No. 1432/QD-UBND-NC dated April 27, 2012, of the People's Committee of Nghe An province on promulgating the plan for state secret protection work in the new situation; and Conclusion No. 12/TB-UBND-NC dated February 6, 2013, of the People's Committee of Nghe An province on evaluating the situation and results of state secret protection work in 2012 and key tasks for 2013 in Nghe An province. This contributes to raising awareness, responsibility, and professional skills among officials and civil servants in managing and handling official duties, and in implementing related procedures for protecting state secrets. At the same time, officials and civil servants learn from situations that have occurred or are likely to occur in practice, using this as a learning experience to better perform their duties in protecting state secrets.
