Mr. Son trains officials and civil servants on protecting state secrets.
(Baonghean.vn) -On the afternoon of April 10, Anh Son District People's Committee coordinated with Department PA83 of the Provincial Police to organize training on protecting state secrets for officials and civil servants.
The training was attended by 154 comrades, including members of the District People's Council Standing Committee, Chairman, Vice Chairmen of the District People's Committee, Steering Committee for State Secret Protection of the District, Organizing Committee, Inspection Committee of the District Party Committee, Office of the District Party Committee; Office of the District People's Council & People's Committee, departments, branches and unions at district, commune and town levels, agencies and enterprises located in the area.
The training course clarified the contents, knowledge and system of documents of all levels and sectors regulating the protection of state secrets, especially Decree No. 30/2000/PL-UBTVQH10 dated December 28, 2000 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on Protection of State Secrets; Directive No. 05/CT-TTg dated February 21, 2012 of the Prime Minister on improving the quality and effectiveness of state secret protection work in the new situation; Decision No. 1432/QD-UBND-NC dated April 27, 2012 of the People's Committee of Nghe An province on promulgating the plan for state secret protection work in the new situation; Conclusion No. 12/TB-UBND-NC dated February 6, 2013 of the Provincial People's Committee on the assessment of the situation and results of the work of protecting state secrets in 2012, key tasks in 2013 in Nghe An province. Thereby contributing to raising awareness, responsibility, and professionalism for cadres and civil servants in the management and handling of public affairs, and the implementation of related handling procedures on the work of protecting state secrets, at the same time cadres and civil servants are able to learn from situations that have occurred or are likely to occur in practice as lessons to better perform the task of protecting state secrets.
