(Baonghean.vn) - On July 12, the Party Committees of Anh Son and Yen Thanh districts held a conference to study, disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 12th National Party Congress.

* At Anh Son:Nearly 300 delegates who are key officials representing 61 grassroots Party organizations in the district were informed of some basic contents in the documents of the 12th Party Congress; Resolution No. 02-NQ/TU dated March 15, 2016 of the Provincial Party Committee on rotation and transfer of Party members, leaders and managers for the period 2016 - 2020; Implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; Approval of the Draft Action Program of the District Party Committee on implementing the Resolution of the 12th Party Congress.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Dang Thanh Tung - Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council emphasized: The conference to study and implement the resolution is a broad political activity of special importance, aiming to create a change in awareness, unify will and action in the entire Party Committee, first of all, the key cadres at all levels and sectors from the district to the grassroots. He requested the delegates to focus on researching, discussing, and clarifying the core contents and new issues in the documents of the 12th Congress; need to closely connect to solve practical problems arising in their localities and units.

After the conference, the District Party Committee will focus on directing the implementation of studying and thoroughly understanding the Resolution of the 12th Party Congress at grassroots Party organizations, to be completed at the grassroots level in August 2016.

* In Yen Thanh:Delegates participating in studying the resolution received the core and new contents in the Political Report at the 12th National Party Congress; reported on the implementation results of the Central Resolution 4 (11th tenure) "Some urgent issues on Party building at present"; evaluated the results of the implementation of the 5-year socio-economic development tasks (2011-2015), the direction and tasks of socio-economic development for the 5-year period (2016-2020); deployed the action program to implement the Resolution of the 12th National Party Congress and thoroughly grasped Resolution 02 of the Provincial Party Committee on rotation and transfer of leadership and management cadres for the period 2016-2020.
