As a coach and judge of the competition, Anh Tai seems to see himself in the early days of his career in the faces of today's contestants. "I was born and raised in a very difficult family economic situation. Not having the opportunity to study, I soon realized my passion for hair styling" - Anh Tai shared.

After a period of traveling from the South to the North and not hesitating to work for hire to make a living, in 2001, he returned to his hometown and decided to seek an apprenticeship at a small barber shop run by an elderly barber in Dien Chau town. After learning how to cut hair beautifully, he opened a small barber shop and made a living with his wife and children.

From the initial small hair salon in his hometown, overcoming many challenges, up to now, Anh Tai hair salon in Vinh city has affirmed its position in the hair salon system in Nghe An in particular and the whole country in general.

“The hairstyling profession is not as glamorous as people think, but behind it are hardships, difficulties, and fierce competition. To improve my qualifications and skills, I had to register for professional training courses in countries with developed hair fashion industries such as: Tony & Guy in Singapore and Beijing (China), Vidal Sassoon in Spain, Elle in Malaysia, Korea ...” - Anh Tai shared.
