Growing up from the SLNA training center, Que Ngoc Manh spent many years playing for the Nghe An team in the V.League as well as the National Cup. After 2.5 seasons playing for XSKT Can Tho, the defender born in 1990 moved to play for B.Binh Duong at the beginning of last season. In the 2018 V.League, Que Ngoc Manh was sent to the field by coach Tran Minh Chien in 16/26 matches.
