Ánh Viên wins another silver medal in the women's 200m backstroke.
On August 21st, swimmer Nguyen Thi Anh Vien excellently brought home a silver medal for the Vietnamese delegation in the women's 200m backstroke event with a time of 2 minutes 12 seconds 65 at the Asian Youth Games currently taking place in Nanjing, China.
This is the second silver medal that Anh Vien has won at this Games. Previously, she also finished second in the women's 100m backstroke.
At this Games, the Vietnamese sports delegation participated with 101 athletes competing in 14 out of 17 sports (Swimming, Diving, Athletics, Weightlifting, Taekwondo, Fencing, Shooting, Judo, Badminton, Table Tennis, Tennis, Football, Golf, Handball).
