Ronaldo's jerseys sell 52 times better than Neymar's
In just 24 hours since Juventus announced the sensational deal, they sold 520,000 CR7 jerseys, according to Yahoo Sport.
Juventus's sales have outpaced PSG's sales of Neymar shirts in the same period. Within 24 hours of making Neymar the world's most expensive player for $263 million in the summer of 2017, they sold 10,000 shirts of the Brazilian star. Juventus's entire 2016 shirt sales totaled just 850,000.

Meanwhile, Juventus only had to spend $117 million to bring in the Portuguese superstar.The Juventus shirt costs $126. That means the first day of Ronaldo shirt sales was $6.6 million. The money was split between sponsors and Juventus.
The number of Juventus fans on social media has also increased dramatically. In just over a day, "The Old Lady" gained 1.5 million more followers. 1.1 million of those accounts belong toTwitter, bringing the number of Juventus followers on this social network to 6.2 million.
