Applying 5S Lean Management Made in Vietnam to production and business

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of August 19, in Vinh City, Nghe An Enterprise Development Support Center coordinated with BNI Business Connection Organization in Vietnam to organize a workshop on 5S Lean Management Training Made in Vietnam.

Attending the training course were representatives of the Provincial Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, VCCI Nghe An, Nghe An Typical Enterprise Association and 60 trainees representing enterprises in Nghe An.

5S Lean Management “Made in Vietnam” is a Management method in the Lean Management system “made in Vietnam” scientifically transformed by Dr. Nguyen Dang Minh - Chairman of the Advisory Board of GKM Lean Management Institute from the Japanese 5S method into the practical production and business activities in Vietnam. 5S Made in Vietnam includes the main contents: S1 screening, S2 arrangement, S3 cleanliness, S4 standardization and S5 mindset.

At the workshop, Dr. Nguyen Dang Minh presented the formation and development process of 5S Made in Vietnam lean and the effectiveness of applying 5S Made in Vietnam lean management to production and business activities in practical enterprises.

By implementing 5S Made in Vietnam lean in production practices, businesses will increase productivity, increase product quality, reduce production costs, improve work morale, enhance teamwork and create more useful spaces.
