The strongest winds near the center of the tropical depression were at level 6 or 7 (39 to 61 km per hour), with gusts at level 8 or 9.
The forecast for the next 24 hours indicates that the tropical depression will move in a direction between west-northwest and northwest, traveling at approximately 15-20 km per hour, and is likely to intensify.

From July 20th, the southern part of the Gulf of Tonkin will experience increasingly strong winds, reaching level 6, with winds near the center of the tropical depression reaching level 7, gusting to levels 8 and 9. The sea will be rough.
