ASIAD 18: Mr. Park's clever move

Every personnel decision of the coaches comes from the understanding and trust of the commander in the players. First of all, there are controversial decisions about the way Coach Park Hang Seo chooses players because we do not fully understand him. In the group stage of ASIAD 2018, it is clear that except for the Japanese Olympic team which is of a high level, the Olympic teams of Nepal and Pakistan are all inferior to the Olympic team of Vietnam.

Therefore, instead of choosing a defensive counter-attacking style like the 2018 AFC U23 Championship, Coach Park Hang Seo will choose an active attacking style. Goalkeeper Van Lam is in the best form at the moment, that is indisputable. Calling Van Lam to the Vietnam Olympic team is "killing two birds with one stone", firstly, helping Tien Dung to improve himself more, then Hung Dung, Van Quyet, Anh Duc cannot be neglected and finally, helping Van Lam "warm up", if Tien Dung is unfortunately injured in Indonesia.

Van Quyet is a true "senior" of the team both in real life and on the field because of his eccentricity. Up to now, except for the positions of goalkeeper and defender, Van Quyet can play well in all other positions on the field, truly a cleaver in the hands of the Korean coach.

In Hanoi FC's shirt, Van Quyet plays the ball, scores goals directly, disrupts and draws the opponent's defense. When the opponent is behind, this player's leadership value increases many times over.

In fact, Mr. Park's choice of Hung Dung is to "give wings" to Xuan Truong, who is considered the conductor of the team at this time. This time, we play offensively, letting Xuan Truong play near Van Quyet and the attack line, the playing style of Olympic Vietnam will be more diverse.
