Ms. Bui Hai Huyen resigned from the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of FLC Group Joint Stock Company.

Information from FLC Group Corporation said that on February 27, Ms. Bui Hai Huyen resigned from the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of the group.

Ms. Bui Hai Huyen (born in 1976) has held the position of Deputy General Director of FLC Group since 2015 and was appointed to the position of General Director since March 2020. In early July 2022, Ms. Huyen held the position of Permanent Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of FLC after the incident of a senior leader at this enterprise.

Ms. Huyen has more than 20 years of experience in the field of administration, management and consulting at many large enterprises.

In a letter to employees, Ms. Huyen said that FLC needs a breath of fresh air after past events.

“Therefore, my departure from the CEO position at this time is necessary so that the restructuring process that FLC is aiming for can be a success,” Ms. Huyen shared in a farewell letter to staff.

In 2020, FLC's announcement said that Ms. Huyen's diverse management experience in areas such as hotel management, resort services, real estate business, high-tech agriculture, aviation, agricultural chemicals... was considered by the Board of Directors to be suitable for FLC's goals in the new period, especially in the role of connecting all business segments, coordinating and concentrating resources across the system.

Up to now, the female General Director of FLC has held the position of CEO for 3 years, including 1 year running the Group after the legal incident of some former FLC leaders.

Also on February 27, 2023, the Board of Directors of FLC received two more resignation letters from two Deputy General Directors, Dam Ngoc Bich and Le Thi Truc Quynh.

Ms. Dam Ngoc Bich, born in 1977, was appointed Deputy General Director of FLC since 2015, in charge of real estate business. Ms. Le Thi Truc Quynh has been Deputy General Director of FLC since 2020. With more than 20 years of experience in the field of Finance - Banking, it is known that Ms. Truc Quynh is in charge of strategic customer activities for FLC and then the Finance sector for this enterprise.

Thus, with the departure of General Director Bui Hai Huyen and two Deputy General Directors, the old Executive Board of FLC has had 6 senior leaders resigning from 2022 to present.

Previously, on February 5, FLC's extraordinary shareholders' meeting was not eligible to proceed. The company's board of directors announced that the second extraordinary meeting is expected to be held on March 4 at the earliest. With the resignation of the Standing Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director, it is expected that this meeting will have to elect new members of the Board of Directors to replace Ms. Bui Hai Huyen and Mr. Dang Tat Thang - who resigned from all positions at FLC and Bamboo Airways at the end of July 2022 for personal reasons after 8 years of association.

On February 14, the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) announced its decision to delist nearly 710 million FLC shares of FLC Group Joint Stock Company from February 20 because the company "seriously violated its information disclosure obligations".

FLC is a real estate company that was once famous on the stock market, with the number of shareholders currently around 65 thousand people.

FLC has recently repeatedly violated its information disclosure obligations and has had its trading suspended.

In early 2023, FLC Group fell into a rare situation when there was no one left in the internal audit department after two members consecutively resigned.

On February 24, the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) approved FLC shares of FLC Group Joint Stock Company to trade on the Upcom floor from March 3, but immediately after that, HNX continued to decide to suspend trading of FLC shares, also from March 3, 2023.

According to HNX, the reason FLC shares were suspended is because FLC is a company subject to compulsory delisting due to serious violations of information disclosure obligations, or the company is subject to compulsory delisting because the Stock Exchange or the State Securities Commission deems it necessary to delist to ensure investors' rights according to regulations./.
