Highlanders help each other build temporary houses after floods
(Baonghean.vn) - The floods at the end of August caused landslides and subsidence, forcing 35 households in Minh Phuong village, Luong Minh commune (Tuong Duong) to be evacuated. In addition to the households that had taken temporary shelter at relatives' houses or in tents, many households with few people have now been evacuated thanks to the help of the villagers.
