“I had severe neck and shoulder pain and chronic insomnia after giving birth twice.”

Ms. Giang’s youthfulness is not a gift from nature. She shared that she also encountered all the signs of aging like other women, especially after giving birth to her second child.

“After giving birth to my second child, my body became very weak. My entire neck and shoulders were in pain, and I had to go for acupuncture and traditional acupressure several times a week. The pain was so bad that I suffered from insomnia. After giving birth, I looked ten years older because I was already thin, but now I looked even more haggard, with a sunken face, sunken eyes, and dark skin. Thinking back, I feel scared, let alone when other people look at me.”

At that time, her husband saw that she had shoulder and neck pain, so he came up with the idea of ​​the two of them going to the gym together to improve their health and relieve stress. Ms. Giang happily agreed, not expecting that it would change her "life" later on.

1m66 tall, 57kg in weight - a number that surprises everyone because no one thought a woman with a slim, well-proportioned body could have such a "huge" weight. Explaining this "strange" thing, Ms. Giang happily said: "Because I have been exercising regularly and systematically for a long time, my body has almost no excess fat. Muscle is heavier than fat, so that's why I'm heavy."


Ms. Giang affirmed that going to the gym has “changed” her life: Say goodbye to chronic neck and shoulder pain and insomnia, say goodbye to her skinny body that is “unchanged from beginning to end”. “Actually, when I started exercising, I didn’t set a goal of getting beautiful, but simply thought that I was weak, so I would exercise to get stronger as much as possible. But I didn’t know when I was “hooked”. No matter how busy I was, I still arranged time to spend at least 30 to 45 minutes every day to exercise.”

“Many people think that I must be very free so I can go to the gym every day. But no, I am a businessman so I have a lot of work. I still take my children to school, still take care of the housework. In general, I still fulfill all the “duties” of a wife and a mother. So where do I find the time to go to the gym?

Actually, only 45 minutes, 1 hour a day is not much and difficult to arrange as people think. If I go to practice in the evening, I take advantage of it after taking my child to extra classes, I finish practicing just in time to pick my child up. On days when I can't practice in the evening, I have to practice at noon. Of course, at first, my daily routine is a bit disrupted, but if I persevere, I will be able to arrange it.
