Doctor was punched repeatedly by patient's family
A male doctor was suddenly attacked by a patient's family while discussing how to treat the wound.

On April 15, Professor Tran Thiet Son, Head of the Department of Plastic Surgery, Xanh Pon Hospital (Hanoi), said that a doctor there was recently assaulted by a child patient's family.
Accordingly, the incident occurred at around 11:30 p.m. on April 13. At this time, the Plastic Surgery Department, Xanh Pon Hospital received a child about seven years old with a wound on his forehead.
Doctor HC (29 years old) was the one who received the above case. However, while sitting and discussing how to treat the wound, the man accompanying the child patient suddenly stood up and attacked Doctor C.
This person repeatedly punched the doctor. When a hospital employee discovered the incident and tried to intervene, he was also cursed.
Only when security forces and Dien Bien Ward Police (Ba Dinh, Hanoi) showed up did the man stop. The police force took him to the headquarters for questioning.
Doctor C. was then examined. Although the man's punch did not cause serious physical damage, it left the doctor in shock and mentally unstable.
According to colleagues, Doctor C. is considered by his colleagues to be a gentle person, always dedicated to his work.
