| Comrade Nguyen Van Ngoc (middle) - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ben Thuy Ward, Vinh City, talked with people at the Vinh Wood Factory Collective Housing Area under construction. |
What they have in common is that they are bold, dynamic, and "devoted" to the movement, and through their actions they have resolved many long-standing and entangled problems. They do not hesitate about small or big matters, whenever the people need them or the grassroots need them, they "dive in".
Since then, the grassroots movement in those localities has really been moving and dynamic, the management work has been gradually reformed, smooth and effective. The article affirms the effectiveness of the policy of rotating cadres when properly implemented. Moreover, it also raises a number of issues that need to be considered in cadre work, of which we think there are two outstanding issues that need attention.
The first,For those who work in the cadre sector, it is necessary to create opportunities and give timely and appropriate opportunities to young cadres with qualities, abilities, and serious training. When choosing the right "ripe" time, it is necessary to trust in assigning work and responsibilities, and at the same time encourage, motivate, monitor, inspect, and create conditions for cadres to affirm their desire to contribute, their desire to act to improve practices, contribute to the base, and create breakthrough movements in local emulation movements.
The results that the four comrades in charge of the base reported in the article show that the decision of Vinh city, Thai Hoa town, Tuong Duong and Ky Son districts to assign work to those four comrades was correct and timely.
It is also a practical lesson that the collective leadership of the Party Committees at higher levels not only trusts in assigning work, but also regularly supervises, follows up, and promptly encourages correct and good work; promptly corrects shortcomings as well as confusion and difficulties.
From there, it is possible to both train cadres and ensure the leadership and direction of the socio-economic movement at the grassroots level is well developed. This is a "win-win situation".

Monday,For cadres who are assigned work and given opportunities, they need to do their best for the opportunities given. This has many meanings, both politically, culturally and ethically. When the organization has entrusted them with responsibility, no matter what the task, the person assigned the task must make every effort to develop all their abilities and capacities, without choosing or hesitating, lacking determination or enthusiasm.
It is necessary to have a full and positive conception that the assigned position is not simply a "chair" to sit on and "enjoy the benefits". The assigned position is not just the result of a process of striving, leading to a "satisfied" mindset, being moderate, only caring about the "benefits" that the position brings; but the important thing is to continue to "work hard" and do your best to fulfill the assigned responsibilities, making efforts to promote smooth work, smooth operation, and efficiency.
If the cadres can do so, it means that they have affirmed that they are worthy of the opportunity assigned to them. The attitude of respecting the opportunity assigned to them is also respecting the superiors, respecting the organization, respecting the facility where they are assigned and appointed to work; it is also respecting themselves, because if they strive their best and bring good results to the work and to the facility, they will be recognized, respected, praised and have many opportunities to continue to contribute and strive to do better.
If one does not devote oneself to one's duties, does not act resolutely for the movement, and does not contribute selflessly, then not only will it affect the development of the movement and not fulfill the assigned tasks, but the cadre himself will not be recognized.
From the two issues mentioned above, it is thought that the article "Great efforts in every small task" not only mentions 4 specific cadres, 4 specific localities, but also has positive significance in the work of assigning and receiving work, so it should be promoted to affirm positive factors, good practices, thereby spreading and replicating...
