Mr. Ngo Van Tuan - former Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa province was dismissed from the position of People's Council delegate.

Mr. Ngo Van Tuan (born in 1966, from Thanh Hoa city, Thanh Hoa province), has a doctorate in economics, a construction engineer, and a bachelor's degree in politics. Before holding the position of vice chairman of the provincial People's Committee, Mr. Tuan had held a series of different positions.
On October 6, 2006, Mr. Ngo Van Tuan, former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Thanh Hoa Construction Corporation, was transferred by the Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee to work at Nghi Son Economic Zone Management Board and was appointed as Deputy Head.
On December 21, 2009, Mr. Tuan was transferred to Thanh Hoa Department of Construction to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Construction. On October 11, 2010, Mr. Ngo Van Tuan was appointed by the Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee to hold the position of Director of the Department of Construction.
At the 14th session of the 16th Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Council on November 10, 2015, Mr. Ngo Van Tuan was elected to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee.
