Effective remedies for toothache
With these simple remedies, the agonizing toothache that's been tormenting you will quickly subside.
Recipe 1: Take 3 pieces of mango peel (about the size of a hand), scrape off the outer skin, chop finely, and boil with 3 bowls of water until only 2 bowls remain. For every 3 parts water, add 1 part alcohol. Pour into a bottle for later use. Each time, take a small cupful, gargle for about 10 minutes, occasionally rinsing your mouth, then spit it out. Use 4 times a day: morning, evening (before bed), and after the two main meals.
Recipe 2: Mango tree bark (3 parts), sour tamarind fruit (1 part), soapnut fruit (1 part). Dry all ingredients, grind them into a fine powder, and apply the powder to the aching tooth using the tip of a toothpick. Many cases of severe toothaches with swelling of the mouth have been cured using this remedy. Some people call this "the miraculous toothache cure."

Mango peels can be an effective remedy for tooth decay.
Lesson 3: Burn amaranth roots until they turn to ash, then grind them into a powder and rub it on your teeth; the pain will subside after a while.
Lesson 4: Boil 20-30 grams of pumpkin root in water and drink the decoction.
Lesson 5: Take one pair of rooster thigh bones (taken from a freshly slaughtered chicken), burn them until they are almost charred, then grind them into a fine powder. Roast black pepper until crispy, then grind it into a powder (the same amount as the chicken bones). Mix the two powders together and rub the mixture onto bleeding gums or cavities. This remedy is effective for treating bleeding gums and tooth decay.
Lesson 6: 30 g of calcined alum powder, 10 g of star anise, 10 g of charred chicken gizzard membrane. Grind all three ingredients into a fine powder, mix well, and store in a tightly sealed jar for later use. When using, rub the powder onto the decayed tooth or inflamed, bleeding gums.
Lesson 7: Take 2 or 3 betel leaves, crush them together with a few grains of salt, then mix with a cup of wine. After 10 minutes, strain the clear liquid. Divide into two portions and rinse your mouth thoroughly, then spit it all out (do not swallow). Just rinsing twice (about 5 minutes apart) will relieve toothache.
Lesson 8: 50g each of betel leaves, turmeric root, and young Terminalia catappa leaves; wash thoroughly, crush finely, and soak in alcohol. When using, heat in a double boiler (with the bottle tightly sealed to prevent evaporation), boil for 30 minutes, then remove and let cool. Gargle (or rinse your mouth) for 5-10 minutes, or use cotton to apply the medicine to the painful area, then spit out the liquid.
Lesson 9: Garlic: Garlic has antiseptic properties, so it can help heal infections, including toothaches. How to use: Crush the garlic, mix it with a little salt, and apply it to the painful tooth.

Lesson 10: Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties, so it can also help relieve pain. Crush the ginger and apply it to the tooth; doing this several times a day will show results.
Lesson 11: Lemon juice can massage the teeth and gums, thus soothing pain. Furthermore, the acidic nature of lemons also has antibacterial properties.
Lesson 12: Although onions have a rather unpleasant smell, just like lemon juice, onion juice can also be used for massage and to relieve tooth and gum pain.
Lesson 13: Apply a mixture of olive oil and clove oil to the painful tooth and gums. Mix two parts clove essential oil with one part olive oil. Do this 3-4 times a day until the pain subsides. You can even chew cloves, as cloves prevent infection and the spread of bacteria and are very good at reducing pain and inflammation.
Lesson 14: Take a cluster of yellow chrysanthemum flowers, wash them thoroughly, and place them directly on the aching tooth, gently biting down. After a few minutes, the pain will subside. Alternatively, dry the flower cluster, crush it, and soak it in white wine for several hours (the longer the better). When using, sip a small amount of this medicinal wine and hold it in your mouth at the painful spot; do not swallow. Do this 2-3 times a day.
Lesson 15: Soapberry: Take one dried, black soapberry, including the seeds, roast it until the outer shell is slightly charred, then grind it into a fine powder along with sulfur (taken from the heads of 10 matches). Soak in white wine until it becomes very concentrated for 2-3 days (if you want the medicine to be ready for immediate use, simmer over low heat for a few minutes). When using, take a small amount and hold it in your mouth at the painful tooth for 10-15 minutes, then spit it out. Do this 2-3 times a day.
Lesson 16: Apply a small amount of turmeric powder to the aching tooth. The pain will noticeably subside without any side effects.
Lesson 17: Black Pepper and Basil: Use a small amount of black pepper and a few washed basil leaves in equal proportions, grind them into a paste. Then, apply this mixture to the area of the aching tooth to help relieve pain.
Lesson 18: Break off a branch of the Euphorbia hirta tree (also known as the dry bone tree), let the sap ooze out, then use cotton soaked in this sap to place in the painful tooth socket.
Lesson 19: Crush the custard apple seeds, take out the kernels, grind them into a powder, and place it in the tooth cavity. This will provide immediate pain relief. This is because custard apple seeds have antiseptic and antibacterial properties.
