(Baonghean.vn) - On October 30, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc held a meeting of grassroots party organizations for the third quarter of 2015 at 2 clusters.
Attending and directing the conference at cluster 2 were comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc; and representatives of the Party Committees of 30 Party organizations.

In the third quarter of 2015, the role of advising, managing, operating, and implementing the action program to implement Resolution 26 of the Politburo of the Party Central Committees in the cluster was strongly promoted. The Party Committee directed the grassroots Party Committees to actively attract investment, mobilize resources for socio-economic development, hunger eradication and poverty reduction; many large projects and works were started and inaugurated.

The quality and order of Party cell activities are guaranteed; many Party cells do a good job of directing special thematic activities that closely follow political tasks, selecting key content for activities to discuss specific implementation solutions.
The conference identified the tasks that need to be focused on in the fourth quarter of 2015, which are: professional leaders closely follow the functions and tasks, review the content of the industry's programs and projects, and the annual work program to promptly implement and successfully complete the political tasks of 2015; Complete the development of the action program to implement the Resolution of the 19th Party Committee of the bloc; Conduct a summary of the Party building work, classify grassroots party organizations and party members in 2015. Develop a Party building work program for 2016. Grassroots Party committees implement the working regime with the Executive Committees of mass organizations, direct the implementation of the evaluation of activities in 2015, orientations and tasks in 2016.
