Fake PhD degree for sale for 3 million VND
Vinh bought a color printer and a mesh screen to make fake doctoral degrees, university degrees and certificates to sell to customers.
On March 30, Hanoi police prosecuted Nguyen Van Vinh (38 years old) and Le Ba Toan (25 years old) to investigate the act of forging documents and seals.

According to the investigation, Vinh forged everything from certificates, transcripts, and grades to intermediate, bachelor's and doctoral degrees.Vinh sells fake doctoral degrees for three million VND, the rest from one to 1.5 million VND. The "goods" are delivered within 2-7 days.
Vinh hired Le Ba Toan (25 years old) as a broker and delivery man.

On March 12, after receiving an "order" for two sets of documents (transcripts, high school diplomas, bachelor's degrees...) from a customer, Vinh delivered them to Toan. In the early morning of March 13, on his way to "deliver the goods" to the customer, Toan was caught red-handed by the police.
Searching Vinh's residence, police seized many devices and various types of blanks.
