Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation presented the Decision of the Party Central Committee Secretariat approving Mr. Bui Hoang Ha - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council to hold the position of Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, term 2015 - 2020.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh presented the decision and congratulated Mr. Bui Hoang Ha.
