The Party Executive Committee of Nghe An province's Party agencies agreed to establish 20 grassroots Party organizations.
On the afternoon of February 28, the Party Executive Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party agencies held the second conference for the 2020-2025 term to listen to and give opinions on the establishment of grassroots Party organizations and personnel for Party committees and inspection committees of grassroots Party organizations directly under the Party Committee of Provincial Party agencies.
Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies chaired the conference.
Attending the conference were comrade Pham Trong Hoang - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies; comrade Nguyen Nam Dinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; comrades of the Standing Committee, Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies of Nghe An.

Establishment of 20 grassroots Party organizations
Pursuant to the Party Charter, Regulation No. 232 dated January 20, 2025 of the Central Executive Committee on the Implementation of the Party Charter, Conclusion No. 126 dated February 14, 2025 of the Secretariat on a number of contents and tasks to continue to arrange and streamline the organization and apparatus of the political system in 2025, Official Dispatch No. 3358 dated February 24, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on implementing Conclusion No. 126 of the Politburo and the Secretariat; at the same time, based on the proposal of the Party Committees of agencies and units; at the conference, the participants discussed and voted to agree on the establishment of grassroots Party organizations under the Party Committee, appoint Party Committees and leadership positions of Party Committees for the 2020-2025 term for grassroots Party organizations under the Party Committees under the Party Committees.
As a result, the Party Executive Committee of the provincial Party agencies voted and agreed to establish 20 grassroots Party organizations with a total of 772 Party members; including 10 Party Committees and 10 Party cells.

The Party Executive Committee of the provincial Party agencies discussed and decided to establish the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union organization in the provincial Party agencies, including 6 grassroots Youth Union organizations, with a total of 117 members.
Including: Nghe An Newspaper Youth Union; Provincial Youth Union Agency Youth Union; Provincial Party Committee Agency Youth Union; Provincial People's Court Youth Union; Provincial People's Procuracy Youth Union; Party Committee Agency Youth Union of provincial Party agencies.
At the conference, the Party Executive Committee of the provincial Party agencies also discussed and decided to establish the Trade Union organization of the provincial Party agencies, including 19 grassroots Trade Union organizations with a total of 759 union members.
Previously, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies also held a working session to discuss, give opinions and agree on the above contents before submitting them to the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies for decision.
Urgently complete procedures to announce the establishment of Party organizations.
Speaking at the conference, comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies highly appreciated the role of the staff departments at the specialized agencies of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies in preparing the contents and work to submit to the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Party agencies for comments.

Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu emphasized: Based on the contents decided by the Party Executive Committee of the provincial Party agencies at the conference, he requested the comrades in the Party Standing Committee, the Party Executive Committee and the staff departments at the specialized agencies of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies to urgently complete the procedures according to the process and regulations to proceed with the issuance and announcement of decisions to establish Party organizations and unions, as well as assign personnel work to ensure the right time, without interrupting work.
At the same time, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Party Executive Committee of the provincial Party agencies continue to lead and direct grassroots Party organizations to well implement Resolution No. 18 of the Central Committee on streamlining the organizational apparatus; in which, paying attention to doing well the political and ideological work, creating high consensus among cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers; associated with focusing on leading the good implementation of political tasks in 2025 and the entire 2020-2025 term.
