New British Prime Minister Boris Johnson yesterday gave his first speech after officially taking office on Downing Street, in front of the Prime Minister's Palace.
In addition to Mr. Boris's staff, government officials and relatives in attendance, there was also a person who received special attention from the world press, his 34-year-old girlfriend, Carrie Symonds.

Initially, it was believed that Carrie would not attend or would overshadow herself at her boyfriend's important ceremony. However, Carrie was so prominent that dozens of cameras were constantly focused on her while Mr. Boris spoke.
Carrie wore a red midi dress by Ghost Luella worth $150 to her speech. Just a few hours after appearing, the dress "sold out" at all points of sale, quickly making Carrie a famous fashion name in the foggy country.
In addition, the new prime minister's girlfriend's shy expression, reserved smile, and frequent looking down became a topic of discussion. Then, unlike most new prime ministers who usually pose for photos with their girlfriends/wives before entering the prime minister's residence, Boris went in alone and left Carrie outside with the staff.

Carrie (31 years old) has been the girlfriend of Mr. Boris (55 years old) for a year. She is also said to be moving into 10 Downing Street - the Prime Minister's residence, with Mr. Boris, but the specific time is not clear.
The new British Prime Minister had previously ended two marriages and had five official children, one of whom was rumored to be an illegitimate child due to an affair he had with his second wife. Boris divorced his second wife, lawyer Marina Wheeler, in September last year after 25 years of marriage.
Boris Johnson, the former British foreign secretary, was elected as the new leader of the ruling Conservative Party on July 23, replacing Theresa May, who lost credibility in the party because she failed to reach a Brexit deal with the European Union (EU).
