Land handover for the National Highway 1A Upgrade and Expansion Project has reached 99%.
(Baonghean.vn) -April 15th was the deadline for localities along National Highway 1A to hand over the land for the project. By April 15th, Hoang Mai town had handed over 100% of the land for the 14.44 km stretch of the highway.

On the afternoon of April 15th, the Compensation and Land Clearance Council of Hoang Mai town successfully secured a 300-meter section passing through Block 1, Quynh Thien ward. This was the last remaining obstacle in the total 14.44 km section through Hoang Mai town. Also on April 15th, Vinh city completed the handover of a 300-meter section of land at the northern overpass intersection, achieving 100% of the land handover plan for the 5.5 km section.
Thus, as of April 15th, three localities have completed the land handover process: Vinh City, Nghi Loc District, and Hoang Mai Town, with a total length of 73.27 km out of 73.8 km handed over, reaching 99%. Quynh Luu District still has 0.23 km out of 12.25 km remaining in Quynh Van commune; Dien Chau District still has a few localized obstacles in Dien Ngoc, Dien Ky, Dien An, and Dien Yen, with a length of 0.2 km out of 28.08 km yet to be handed over.
