Handing over the house of gratitude to veterans in Nghia Dan

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 8, the Nghe An Veterans Association organized the handover of a house of solidarity to comrade Luong Van Vinh, Tan Cay Branch, Nghia Loi Commune.

The Veterans Association presented gifts at the handover ceremony of the house of solidarity to Mr. Vinh.

Mr. Luong Van Vinh, born in 1944, enlisted in the army in 1971. He is a single person, from a poor household living in a severely dilapidated house. Through the Veterans Association of Nghe An province and the Veterans Association of Nghia Dan district, the Ho Chi Minh City Fund for the Poor has supported 60 million VND to help him build a house.

With the help and support of his neighbors and teammates, after 4 months of construction, the 32 m2 level 4 house (worth 90 million VND) was completed, helping Mr. Vinh to stabilize his life.
