* On the same day, the Provincial Military Command and the Yen Thanh District Military Command held a ceremony to inaugurate and hand over the "Comrade's House" to Lieutenant Le Thi Hai Yen, a management staff member of the Yen Thanh District Military Command.
Ms. Yen is in a particularly difficult situation; her husband is seriously ill, and she has to shoulder all the responsibilities in the family alone. She is currently living in a dilapidated, leaky temporary house and lacks the means to repair it.
With the help of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense, Ms. Yen received 70 million VND from the "comradeship fund" to rebuild her house into a decent home.
