Village in Con Cuong has an income of nearly 27 million VND/person/year.

Quyet Tien village was established in 1956 with the name Quyet Tien Agricultural Production Group. In 1961, it was renamed Quyet Tien Team, Bai Phu State Farm, and in April 2017, it was renamed Quyet Tien village.

Implementing the movement to build new rural areas, Quyet Tien village has achieved remarkable results, people's lives have been improved. In 2017, the average income per capita in the village reached 26.5 million VND/person/year, the poor households decreased to 2.5%; the rate of families with houses meeting the standards of the Ministry of Construction reached 100%, works serving the production, cultural and social life of the people were constructed, 100% of village roads and alleys were concreted; the rate of workers with regular jobs reached 100%.

Education, health care and culture in Quyet Tien have been promoted. Currently, the village cultural house has been built spaciously, with a sports field to meet the entertainment needs of the people, 80% of families have achieved the title of cultural family... The total capital mobilized to build the new rural area in the past 5 years is over 1 billion VND.

With the efforts of all cadres and people in the village in 2017, Quyet Tien village was recognized by the Chairman of Con Cuong District People's Committee as a village meeting the standards of a new rural village.

At the ceremony, the People's Committee of Con Cuong district also commended and awarded certificates of merit to collectives and individuals with achievements contributing to the movement of building new rural areas in Quyet Tien village, Chi Khe commune.
