The Provincial Emulation and Reward Committee provided professional training for nearly 300 officials and civil servants.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of October 24, nearly 300 cadres and civil servants at units and localities across the province participated in a training session on emulation and reward skills organized by the Provincial Emulation and Reward Committee.

The training program took place from October 24-25, with the main contents including: Training on some important and common contents of the Law on Emulation and Commendation in 2022 and Decision No. 12/2020 of the People's Committee of Nghe An province promulgating regulations on emulation and commendation in the province.
The officials and civil servants attending the conference were also informed and discussed by the leaders of the Provincial Emulation and Rewards Committee about the contents of Official Dispatch No. 2357 of the Central Emulation and Rewards Committee on guidelines for the emulation movement "For the poor - leaving no one behind" in the period 2021-2025; Official Dispatch No. 2358 of the Central Emulation and Rewards Committee on guidelines for achievements in the emulation movement to join hands to build rural areas in the period 2021-2025.

Also at the training program, delegates had their problems in the process of performing emulation and reward tasks at the grassroots level answered. Thereby, delegates mastered professional knowledge and skills to perform well the emulation and reward work at the unit and locality.
The training program aims to help cadres and specialists in charge of emulation and reward work at units and localities master knowledge and professional skills, thereby implementing emulation and reward work to ensure the principles of accuracy, publicity, transparency, fairness and timeliness; thereby motivating and encouraging individuals, groups and households with outstanding achievements in building and defending the Fatherland.
