Attending the meeting were comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
The meeting listened to the Department of Finance present the plan for allocating and using the central budget to offset the 2018 budget deficit and the excess land use fee revenue in 2018.

Concluding on this content, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Xuan Son and comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee highly agreed with the proposal on the plan to allocate and use the central budget to compensate for the revenue shortfall and excess revenue from land use fees for the provincial budget in 2018.
