Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Organizing Committee organizes sports tournament to celebrate 50 years of Southern Liberation Day
The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee's Trade Union held the opening ceremony of the sports tournament to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), International Labor Day (May 1) and the 135th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025).
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the tournament, comrade Ho Dang Tai - Chairman of the agency's Trade Union, Head of the tournament's Organizing Committee affirmed that the sports tournament is not only a playground for athletes to demonstrate their talents and strength, but also an opportunity to expand exchanges and understanding between officials and civil servants in the agency, strengthen solidarity and promote the noble sportsmanship spirit, thereby effectively implementing the campaigns "All people exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho", "Healthy to build and protect the Fatherland".
The tournament will be held over 3 days, from April 24 to 26, with 3 competitions: men's and women's volleyball; men's and mixed doubles badminton; men's and mixed doubles pickleball.
