On the afternoon of March 7, Comrade Vu Hong Khanh - Head of Department, Department of Locality 1, Central Organizing Committee visited and worked at the editorial office of Nghe An Newspaper. Receiving and working with Comrade Vu Hong Khanh, on the side of Nghe An Newspaper were comrades: Ngo Duc Kien - Deputy Editor-in-Chief, Dau Van Thanh - Chief of Office and representatives of relevant departments and divisions.

In recent times, in order to effectively put the 6th Central Resolution into practice, the Nghe An Newspaper Editorial Board has been promoting the implementation of the Convergence Editorial Board model. Accordingly, the agency is interested in arranging and streamlining the apparatus, improving operational efficiency, merging a number of specialized departments, requiring each reporter and editor to be multi-talented, performing professional work using multimedia. Specifically, from January 15, 2019, from 8 departments, the Newspaper has reduced 1 specialized department to 7 departments. In 2019, implementing Decision No. 2686-QD/TU dated March 5, 2019 of the Provincial Party Committee, the staff of Nghe An Newspaper is assigned to 50 people, of which 28 people do not receive salaries from the state budget, but are paid by the unit's autonomous source. Nghe An Newspaper also strives to complete the roadmap for autonomy in regular expenditure by 2021.

In addition, the Party Committee of the Editorial Board resolutely directed the work of evaluating, classifying, and rotating human resources between departments and divisions, requiring each cadre and reporter to strive to improve and renew themselves to meet the practical work requirements.

As a key unit of the whole province to build the Job Position Project, Nghe An Newspaper pays special attention to the quality of human resources. Recruitment work is carried out systematically, seriously, and regularly screened to build a quality team, suitable for the job position, with strong political will. The Newspaper has built and implemented a democratic and strict system of criteria for evaluating personnel, with the goal of further improving the quality of work.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Vu Hong Khanh highly appreciated the good, strict, serious and scientific way of working of Nghe An Newspaper to contribute to innovation and streamlining the organization of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently.

He suggested that the leaders of the Editorial Board of the top local Party newspaper in the country continue to promote and nurture each quality individual to build a quality collective.

Receiving the direction of Comrade Ham Department Head, Local Department 1, Deputy Editor-in-Chief Ngo Duc Kien said that Nghe An Newspaper will continue to promote the implementation of Resolution 6 of the 12th Central Committee, improve the quality of the apparatus, contribute to improving the capacity and leadership of the Party, worthy of the title of each journalist as a soldier on the ideological front.
