Evidence proving Saigon Club "consumes stolen goods"
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of March 13, the VFF Disciplinary Board issued a disciplinary decision against player Nsi Amougou Christian Jose with a 1-year ban and a fine of 10 million VND "for simultaneously signing a labor contract to play for two football clubs XSKT Can Tho and Saigon in the 2018 National Championship".
Many viewers wondered why Saigon FC was not fined in this case? Was it because Nsi was short and light that he was fined?
VFF style law
Head of VFF Disciplinary Committee, Mr. Nguyen Hai Huong explained: "We asked Saigon FC to explain in writing. They said that before signing with Nsi, this player confirmed that he had not signed with XSKT Can Tho.They work together so they trust each other, Saigon FC did not know that Nsi had signed with XSKT Can Tho before so the Disciplinary Board only punished Nsi. Whoever cheated who must take responsibility.".

Mr. Huong also said that if there is evidence that Saigon Club "colluded" or did something wrong, everyone should submit it to the Disciplinary Board for consideration to clarify the responsibility of this team.
Vietnamese football is full of jokes. Speaking of rules, last season Nsi played for XSKT.Can Tho, when Saigon FC wanted to sign, the prerequisite was to have a contract termination document from the old unit. There were no termination documents, so Saigon could only sign the contract based on trust, even though Mr. Dai is a "licensed broker" familiar with Vietnamese football fields.
Proof
Regarding the situation, the two teams went to the press to argue about the ownership of Nsi. Mr. Dai even counter-sued, asking XSKT.Can Tho to show him the contract signed with Nsi. Like a mistress asking the first wife to show her marriage certificate.

Saigon cannot be so careless as to just believe Nsi's mouth and sign, FIFA rules are not valid in Vietnam. The evidence is the contract that Saigon signed with Nsi when this player did not have a termination certificate from XSKT.Can Tho.
The problem is not who cheated who, but Saigon did not follow FIFA regulations. In real life, if you consume counterfeit goods without checking the seller’s documents, you will still go to jail, let alone because the seller claims that the “goods are clean” and is innocent.
Nsi was wrong but the way the VFF disciplinary board handled it did not make anyone respect him. Next time, the clubs will just sign randomly, drag people from other teams, if they are lucky, they will get it, if they are unlucky, they will laugh. If they do not punish the Nsi case, will they punish other teams?
