MS-13 gang members are known for their full body tattoos.

According to the Washington Post, the first MS-13 gang member arrested was Miguel “Timido” Angel Lopez-Abrego, 19, charged with first-degree murder.

“He was the one who stabbed the first victim in the chest,” Assistant District Attorney Kelly McGann said in court. Police are still searching for the remaining suspects.

The murder weapon used by Lopez-Abrego was identified as a 40cm knife. The suspect also helped dig the grave and reported the victim’s location via radio.

Police had earlier found the victim's body in a grave in Wheaton Park. The killers appeared to have dug the grave before killing the victim.

The victim's identity has not been revealed, nor has the reason why he was so brutally murdered by an MS-13 gang member.

Lopez-Abrego, 19, was the first suspect to be arrested.

The investigation began in September, when a detective received a tip from a tipster who led investigators to the grave, according to court documents.

“The victim was stabbed 100 times, decapitated, had his heart removed and was buried in a secret grave,” the detective wrote in a court report.

MS-13 is considered the world's most hated gang with more than 100,000 members. The gang is at the center of President Trump's campaign against organized crime. Trump has vowed to destroy the MS-13 gang.

Last week, US police launched a nationwide crackdown, arresting 214 members of the MS-13 gang, who were charged with various crimes such as murder, robbery, and drug trafficking.

Most MS-13 members are immigrants from El Salvador, Honduras or Guatemala.
