Representatives of the Ministry of Education and Training shared how to build a new salary scale for teachers, applied from when the Law on Teachers officially takes effect from January 1, 2026.

The construction of the salary tables of the armed forces must be consistent with the organization, staffing and specific characteristics. Accordingly, salary must truly be the main source of income to ensure the lives of the salary recipients and their families.

The Ministry of Home Affairs is developing a new salary table to implement the salary reform roadmap with the goal of "ensuring the lives of wage earners and their families, and achieving social progress and justice".

The Politburo will submit a new salary table at the end of 2021.

It is expected that next October, the Ministry of Home Affairs will submit to the Steering Committee for salary reform the specific contents of the new salary regime and in December, submit to the Government for approval by the Politburo.
