At the above time, a man named Manh residing in So hamlet, Dien Phuc commune, Dien Chau district was driving a motorbike with license plate 37-F5 2294 when, while crossing the street, he was hit by a car with license plate 29B-045.15 driven by Nguyen Minh Son, residing in Ninh Binh province.

After the crash, the motorbike was stuck under the car. The man on the motorbike fell onto the road and was seriously injured, then taken to the emergency room.
