According to AP, during this trip, Mr. Obama is also expected to announce that the Peace Corps will be invited to resume operations in Vietnam.

Volunteers from this organization will focus on teaching English to students, helping to train their colleagues in English teaching.

The Peace Corps was established in 1961 by President John F. Kennedy with the goal of promoting world peace and friendship.

Since then, more than 220,000 Americans have volunteered in 141 countries. Peace Corps members currently volunteer in 63 countries around the world.
