When will this hardship end?
(Baonghean) - The news that Dac Khanh resigned from Sacombank to work abroad has left many people sighing. After the hardships of his career and especially the difficult life he endured while fleeing debt, many feel sorry for a budding talent whose career has ended so quickly...
In 2009, when coach Nguyen Van Thinh introduced a generation of talented players like Trong Hoang, Van Binh, Van Hoang, Dinh Dong, etc., Dac Khanh was already a key player at SLNA. This illustrates that the future was bright, and many of his younger teammates have now achieved success, some even starting from a lower point than Dac Khanh.
Playing exceptionally well with his left foot, Dac Khanh was a favorite among coaches. That's why V. Ninh Binh was willing to spend 5 billion VND to recruit this versatile player. Everything seemed perfect until 2010, during the World Cup, when Dac Khanh became entangled in gambling, leading to massive debts. Although Coach Huu Thang vouched for him several times, the amount was too large, and more importantly, Khanh couldn't break free from the world of gambling, thus negatively impacting his career.

After being harassed by creditors at the club several times, Khanh felt uneasy and had to pack his bags and leave. For about three years, Khanh was on the run, doing all sorts of jobs, from setting up wedding tents to working as a mechanic. It wasn't until the end of 2013, after diligently saving up and receiving support from both his and his wife's families, that Khanh finally paid off his debts and dared to appear in public again.
Although the income from working as a security guard at Sacombank wasn't much, at least Khánh had a decent job, a wife and children, and a family to care for and be cared for. In addition, Khánh could pursue his passion for football, as his workplace had a strong football program with two training sessions a week and regular participation in amateur tournaments in the province and surrounding areas.
After life's ups and downs, seeing Dac Khanh diligently pursuing his work and showing care and concern for his family, fans are all happy for him. A feeling of regret is unavoidable, because at 27, if he hadn't encountered career setbacks, Khanh would now have a different life, instead of working as a bank security guard earning only 5 million VND per month. But the important thing is that after his mistakes, Khanh knows how to get back on his feet and start over.
Last October, Dac Khanh was transferred to the branch office in Thai Hoa town, and he is striving to be recognized even more. "I'm currently working as a security guard, but I'm trying to get transferred to the treasury department next year. It's slow but steady; I want to stand on my own two feet," Dac Khanh confided.
Dac Khanh was determined, and even more encouragingly, his efforts were recognized by many. His colleagues at the office praised him highly and always encouraged him to strive for success. Everything was going so well until, unexpectedly, after returning from a "mission" at the Sacombank branch in Thai Hoa town, Dac Khanh resigned from his job at Sacombank's Nghe An branch. No one knows the story behind it, but there's something that leaves people feeling disappointed and heartbroken, as Dac Khanh's tragedy seems far from over.
According to colleagues, shortly after leaving his job at Sacombank, Dac Khanh applied for and is now working in Angola. There might be some unspoken issues, or perhaps Dac Khanh wanted to earn more money due to the pressures of life and chose to work abroad hoping for a better future.
Many questions have been asked, and only Khanh can answer them. For his fans, when Dac Khanh was struggling with his career and a turbulent life, there was still regret and sadness, because, given what he had achieved in the past, Khanh should have been different...
