Agribank Nghe An Insurance pays benefits to customers who suffered damages during the construction of wind power projects.
(Baonghean.vn) - Agribank Nghe An Insurance has just paid insurance benefits worth nearly half a billion VND to Phong Lieu Wind Power Joint Stock Company (Quang Tri), to compensate for damages during the construction of Phong Lieu Wind Power Project.
Today (July 21), in Khe Sanh town, Huong Hoa district (Quang Tri), Agribank Nghe An Insurance held a ceremony to pay construction insurance benefits for Phong Lieu Wind Power Project. On the insurance side, there was Mr. Dau Ngoc Linh - Director of Agribank Nghe An Insurance. On the investor side of Phong Lieu Wind Power Project, there was Mr. Vo Duy Tan - Chairman of the Board of Directors of LOVICO Group and many officers and employees.
Phong Lieu wind power project is being built in Huong Hoa district (Quang Tri). Recently, during the construction process, there have been unfortunate losses, causing great damage to the enterprise.

However, when starting to implement this project, Phong Lieu Wind Power Joint Stock Company realized the importance and necessity of insurance for construction projects, so it participated in all construction risks insurance atAgribank Nghe An InsuranceTherefore, after the damage to the customer occurred, the compensation cost was paid by Agribank Nghe An Insurance with the amount of 426,926,545 VND.
Mr. Dau Ngoc Linh - Director of Agribank Nghe An Insurance said: After reviewing the notice and request for compensation for losses during the construction process of the Phong Lieu Wind Power Plant project, we also agreed with the customer on a settlement plan based on the signed contract.
