(Baonghean) - Nghe An Provincial Social Insurance has officially operated the System to assess the satisfaction of people, organizations and businesses with administrative procedures in the field of social insurance, health insurance; and the attitude and service style of civil servants and public employees in the sector.

The system for assessing the satisfaction of people, organizations and businesses is deployed on the Internet, promising to create maximum convenience for people, organizations and businesses in the process of implementing administrative procedures on social insurance and health insurance.

On May 23, 2018, the 12th Party Central Committee issued Resolution No. 28-NQ/TW on reforming social insurance policies with many new and breakthrough points. The goal of Resolution 28 is "By 2021, strive to reach about 35%, by 2025 to reach about 45%, by 2030 to reach about 60% of the working-age workforce participating in social insurance".

To achieve the goal, Resolution No. 28-NQ/TW has proposed 11 reform contents, including extremely important contents: Reform in policy development and implementation to strengthen trust, increase the satisfaction level of participants in the social insurance system, aiming to increase the satisfaction index of social insurance participants to 80% (by 2021), 85% (by 2025) and 90% (by 2030).

The system for assessing the satisfaction of people, organizations and enterprises is deployed on the Internet through the website at http://sipas.nghean.bhxh.gov.vn and is linked to the Electronic Information Page of Nghe An Provincial Social Insurance at http://nghean.bhxh.gov.vn... Through this system, people, organizations and enterprises can assess the satisfaction of individuals and units with the field of administrative procedures on social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and assess the officials directly handling the administrative procedures.

When accessing the two websites http://sipas.nghean.bhxh.gov.vn and http://nghean.bhxh.gov.vn, people can easily make an assessment. The interface of the satisfaction assessment system has 22 boxes, including all social insurance agencies in the province, with clear instructions for use. People and businesses can evaluate which social insurance agency or department by selecting that box. For example, with the provincial social insurance agency, people and businesses can evaluate the one-stop department, collection management, health insurance appraisal, social insurance regime, card number issuance, citizen reception, finance, etc.
