US newspaper: Ukraine has no weapons to counter Russia's 'miracle bomb'
(Baonghean.vn) - According to Forbes, the KAB glide bomb has become a real "miracle weapon" of Russia. Meanwhile, the Ukrainian Armed Forces complained that they have no countermeasures. It is possible that F-16 fighter jets will support Kiev, but we have to wait until they appear in sufficient numbers.

According to RT on March 27, Forbes reported that KAB glide bombs have become Russia's "miracle weapon". To visualize how dangerous the current situation is for Ukrainian brigades, Forbes described that Russia only spent 125 KABs per day in a series of days of attacks to destroy the solid defense system in Avdeevka.
Forbes said that the Ukrainian Armed Forces also faced other problems, especially a severe shortage of artillery shells, but the "last straw" was the KAB.
"After a KAB appears, all that remains of any buildings and structures is a hole," said Yegor Sugar, a soldier of the 3rd Ukrainian assault brigade.
Forbes said it is unclear how the Ukrainian Armed Forces can end the KAB crisis. Ukrainian Lieutenant General Ivan Gavrilyuk said the arrival of F-16 fighter jets would help the Ukrainian Air Force, despite their late arrival. However, it will take some time for the F-16s to arrive in sufficient numbers to change the situation.
Lieutenant General Gavrilyuk added that the Ukrainian Air Force can currently only deploy ground-based air defense systems to counter Russian bombers. But it is worth considering that in addition to the risk to air defense forces, Ukraine even lacks some types of missiles.
Ukrainian officials urged Western allies to quickly provide Patriot air defense systems to help the country strengthen its defense capabilities and protect critical infrastructure.
The Russian Defense Ministry said on March 26 that over the past 24 hours, the Russian armed forces have carried out a massive strike using high-precision land and sea weapons and UAVs against decision-making centers, facilities of the Ukrainian security services, military-industrial complexes, as well as gathering points of Ukrainian forces and mercenaries. The raid hit all the intended targets.
