Nghe An Newspaper received third national prize for writing about youth union work and youth movements in 2019.
(Baonghean.vn) - There were 25 winning works out of nearly 700 works submitted to the national journalism contest on youth union work and youth movements in 2019, of which Nghe An Newspaper had one work winning third prize.
On the afternoon of June 18, in Hanoi, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union held a ceremony to award the national press awards for union work and youth movements in 2019.
Attending the event were comrades Bui Tuan Quang - Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization; Le Quoc Phong - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, First Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

The 2019 National Press Award on Youth Union work and youth movements aims to honor journalists with many good articles on Youth Union work and youth movements, and youth life; creating attention from all levels, sectors and society for the work of educating, nurturing and promoting the young generation.
Through the entries, we contribute to promoting the implementation of the Party's Resolutions at all levels and the Resolution of the 11th National Youth Union Congress; spreading models, activities, youth works, and exemplary youth examples.

This year's award received nearly 700 entries with rich themes, diverse in content, and innovative in expression. Many entries focused on reflecting models and examples of young people, studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style; reflecting examples of good people, good deeds, and exemplary youth, spreading good values.

Some works analyze in depth the aspects of the work of building the Youth Union, discover and criticize the shortcomings and difficulties in the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement. Many hot issues of current events related to youth are promptly reflected, thereby suggesting many solutions for the Youth Union at all levels and functional agencies to find effective and appropriate solutions to promote the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement.

Through two rounds of final and preliminary judging, the Organizing Committee selected 25 works to award prizes, including 3 first prizes, 5 second prizes, 7 third prizes, and 10 consolation prizes. Nghe An Newspaper had one work that won third prize. That was the topic "Orientation for developing youth organizations in enterprises" including 3 articles (Focusing on promoting youth; Identifying shortcomings and difficulties; Promoting internal strength from synchronous participation) by the group of authors Chu Thi Khanh Ly - Bui Thi Le.
