(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of July 25, the Nghe An Newspaper delegation led by comrade Pham Thi Hong Toan - Member of the Provincial Party Committee - Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper visited and presented 25 million VND in support to the family of Captain Nguyen Dinh Tai, a reconnaissance officer of the Drug and Crime Prevention Task Force, Nghe An Border Guard, who was seriously injured while capturing a drug trafficker.

Previously on June 28, 2018, while chasing 3 drug traffickers in Ky Son district, 2 border guards were shot back by the criminals. Comrade Nguyen Dinh Tai was attacked by criminals, shot in the abdomen, breaking a lumbar vertebra, causing spinal cord damage, so he has now been transferred to the 108 Military Central Hospital for further treatment.

Comrade Tai is the third child in a family with a revolutionary tradition. His father is a war invalid, his two paternal uncles are martyrs, and his grandmother, over 90 years old, is a Vietnamese Heroic Mother. He has two sons (the eldest is 10 years old, the second is 8 years old).
