Nghe An Newspaper visits and presents gifts to Heroic Vietnamese Mothers and relatives of martyrs
(Baonghean.vn) - PeopleOn April 22, on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification, Nghe An Newspaper visited and presented gifts to Heroic Vietnamese Mothers and families of martyrs.
The delegation visited Vietnamese Heroic Mother Pham Thi Thanh in Vinh Thanh block, Dong Vinh ward, Vinh city, who was just awarded the title of Vietnamese Heroic Mother in 2014 by Nghe An Newspaper, and visited Mother Pham Thi Ty, wife of a martyr in Hung Tay commune, Hung Nguyen district.

On the same day, Nghe An Newspaper also visited and presented gifts to VNAH mother Nguyen Thi Tong, who is currently being cared for at the Home for Martyrs' Relatives in Dien Chau district.

Mother Nguyen Thi Tong (from Thanh Linh, Thanh Chuong) has an only son, Martyr Nguyen Van Hoe, who died in 1973. Mother Tong has been taken care of and supported by Nghe An Newspaper for life since 1996. She is currently being cared for at the Home for Martyrs' Relatives in Dien Chau District.
