The strongest wind near the center of the storm was level 8-9 (60-90 km/h), gusting to level 12. The radius of strong winds from level 6, gusting to level 8 or higher was about 100 km from the center of the storm.

It is forecasted that in the next 12 hours, the storm will move in the West Northwest direction, traveling 15-20km per hour, making landfall in the provinces from Ha Tinh to Thua Thien Hue and weakening into a tropical depression. By 4:00 p.m. on November 15, the center of the storm will be located at 100m.tropical depressionat about 17.2 degrees North latitude; 106.0 degrees East longitude, in the Upper Laos region. The strongest wind near the center of the tropical depression is level 6 (40-50km/h), gusting to level 8.

In the next 12 to 24 hours, the tropical depression will move in the West-Northwest direction, traveling 15-20km per hour, moving deep inland and weakening into a low pressure area over Thailand.

Dangerous areas due to storms at sea in the next 24 hours (strong winds from level 6 or higher, gusts from level 8 or higher): from latitude 14.0 to 19.0 degrees North; west of longitude 109.0 degrees East, all ships operating in the dangerous area are at high risk of being affected by strong gusts.

Strong winds, big waves at sea, storm surges in coastal areas: The sea area from Ha Tinh to Da Nang (including Con Co island district) has stormy rain, strong winds of level 8-9, gusts of level 11; waves 4-5m high, very rough seas. The sea area in the northern Gulf of Tonkin (including Bach Long Vi island district) has strong northeast winds of level 7, sometimes level 8, gusts of level 10, waves 2-4m high; rough seas.
