Localities are also focusing on evacuating people from dangerous areas, coastal areas, and low-lying areas; not allowing people to stay in temporary houses or weak houses that can be blown off or collapsed during strong storms and winds. Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, Le Duc Vinh, requested the armed forces to assign officers and soldiers to be on duty and ready to participate in the rescue of ships and boats at sea; and promptly respond and handle emergency situations when storms make landfall in the province.
“Some localities lack determination and determination in enforcing the people to return. Any locality that does not arrange forces must take responsibility. Localities must coordinate with the Border Guard, Military, and Police when difficulties arise, and urgently coordinate right before the storm,” Mr. Le Duc Vinh emphasized.
In Ninh Thuan:The provincial People's Committee has just issued an order prohibiting all vehicles at sea from operating after 9:00 p.m. today (November 18).
