At 1:00 p.m. today (September 6),The eye of the storm is located at approximately 20.7 degrees North latitude; 119.9 degrees East longitude, approximately 460km South-Southeast of Fujian Province (China). The strongest wind near the eye of the storm is level 8 (60-75km/h), gusting to level 10.
Forecast for the next 24 hours,The storm is moving in a north-northwest direction at a speed of 15km per hour. At 1pm on September 7, the center of the storm was at approximately 23.4 degrees north latitude; 117.8 degrees east longitude, in the sea southeast of Fujian province (China). The strongest wind near the center of the storm is level 8 (60-75km/h), gusting to level 10.

Forecast for the next 24 to 48 hours,The storm moved northwest at about 15km per hour, entering the mainland of Fujian province (China) and gradually weakened into a tropical depression, then the tropical depression continued to weaken into a low pressure area. At 13:00 on September 8, the center of the low pressure area was at about 25.9 degrees North latitude; 117.0 degrees East longitude. The strongest wind in the center of the low pressure area decreased to below level 6 (below 40km/hour).
