'Protect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens'

I realize that becoming a provincial People's Council delegate is a great honor but also a great and heavy responsibility before the voters. If elected by the voters

With the trust and confidence of the voters, I pledge to use all my intelligence, spirit, knowledge and skills as a lawyer, to constantly study and practice, improve my understanding, and set an example in obeying the law to wholeheartedly and wholeheartedly fulfill the mission of a People's Council delegate entrusted by the voters.

In my current position, with my passion and responsibility, if elected by voters as a representative of the Provincial People's Council, I will perform well the following tasks:

Firstly: Closely connect and maintain regular contact with voters, be ready to contact and meet voters to listen to their opinions, understand their thoughts and aspirations, and at the same time honestly, objectively and promptly reflect them to the Provincial People's Council and competent authorities; receive, study and propose competent authorities to resolve voters' complaints, denunciations and recommendations; monitor and urge such resolution; report to voters on their representative activities and be subject to voters' supervision.

Second: Focus efforts and intelligence, actively participate in administrative reform activities, perfect the system of legal documents of the province, resolutely overcome negative aspects in State management in the province. As the leader of the provincial lawyers, I am especially interested in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, voters, economic organizations and the interests of the State. Gather and unite the team of lawyers to contribute to protecting justice, protecting the rule of law, serving the people, and serving the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Third: I will contribute to deciding important local issues in socio-economic development, national defense and security, and protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland. On the other hand, I will perform the supervisory function of the People's Council delegates on law enforcement, especially urgent issues that voters are concerned about such as: Fighting against crime, complying with land laws, protecting the environment, ensuring a safe environment for people, ensuring policies to repay gratitude to veteran revolutionary cadres, resolving backlogs in policies and regimes for people with revolutionary contributions, and solving jobs for workers. Resolutely fighting against violations of food safety and hygiene, and resolving other shortcomings of the people that still have many problems.

Fourth: Regularly pay attention to and monitor the socio-economic development situation of the province, participate in contributing opinions, proposing solutions, and effectively implementing the socio-economic development programs of the province. Together with the delegates of the Provincial People's Council, act as a bridge between the provincial government and localities (districts, communes, villages) in exchanging and resolving difficulties and obstacles of the locality, in order to successfully implement the development goals according to the Resolution of the 18th Congress of the Provincial Party Committee.

Fifth: As a lawyer, I will, together with the team of lawyers, accompany the functions and duties of a delegate of an elected body, proactively and actively propagate, disseminate legal education, provide free legal aid to policy beneficiaries and expand to the social community to fulfill the noble function of the profession.
