Barcelona will wear a Johan Cruyff tribute shirt in the El Clasico

(Baonghean.vn) - Barcelona will honor Johan Cruyff's contributions to the club by wearing a jersey with the words 'Gràcies Johan' meaning "Thank you Johan" in the El Clasico match with arch-rival Real Madrid which will take place early Sunday morning, April 3.

Cruyff, a world-famous player who won three Ballon d'Ors and is considered the founder of total football, passed away last week at the age of 68 after suffering from lung cancer since October 2015.

Barca are currently 10 points clear of Real and can extend their unbeaten run to 40 games. Atletico are second, nine points behind Luis Enrique's side, and travel to the Nou Camp on Tuesday for the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final.
