Arrested 2 subjects calling for protests on Facebook
Arrested 2 subjects for distorting the Party and State's policies and calling on others to take to the streets to protest.

On the afternoon of September 2, information from Ninh Kieu District Police, Can Tho City, here has served a decision to temporarily detain Doan Khanh Vinh Quang (42 years old, residing in An Phu Ward, Ninh Kieu District) to investigate the act of illegally providing information on computers and telecommunications networks.
According to the Investigation Agency, Quang created a Facebook account called “Quang Doan” to post and share articles and images with content distorting the policies, guidelines, and guidelines of the Party and State; articles with content calling on others to take to the streets to march, protest, etc.
In addition to posting the news, Quang also texted a foreigner with similar content.
At the time of searching the suspect's residence, authorities seized two three-striped flags (the Republic of Vietnam flag), along with many other related exhibits and documents.
For the same act, the Investigation Police Agency of Thot Not District Police, Can Tho City also temporarily detained Bui Manh Dong (Phung Thanh 1 area, Thot Not Ward, Thot Not District, Can Tho City). Previously, the Investigation Police Agency had prosecuted and banned this subject from leaving his place of residence.
Currently, the cases are being further investigated and clarified.
